Note!
If Talkbox Coupons will be scanned, ensure that the Yes/No Option Force Stock Item Search if Item not found is disabled/unchecked.
Having this option enabled will prevent Talkbox Coupons from working successfully.
Go to File > Sales > Promotions > Coupon Promotions > Add > Description: Must be the same as TalkBox and is case-sensitive.
Go to Advanced tab > User-Defined Text: [TALKBOX].
